This Green Bean Potato Casserole is a breeze to make. A great side for your Thanksgiving meal and a good everyday meal. You do not have to wait for the Holidays to have this. The ingredients are readily available too. I added Mozzarella cheese on this classic casserole to give it more stickiness and saltiness. Or if you are really crunch of time, just skip the potatoes and mozzarella and just go ahead and just use the Cream of Mushroom Soup, Green Beans and the Fried French Onion. I always use this 3 Ingredient recipe and we all still love it... Enjoy this Green Bean Potato Casserole , will you?
But you know what, I think the problem is with me too. I do not trust my kids’ talent and capabilities. I was so used of helping them out, that now , I have trouble letting them go while all they want is their independence; I am always worried and I always want to meddle in their business… I just now realize that if I want to keep a good relationship with them, I have to stop become a helicopter mom and trust how I disciplined and how I raised them. After all, I did the best I could to raise a kind, loving and independent kids.
Now is the time to SLOWLY LET THEM GO and I now have to stand on the sidelines and let them learn from their mistakes. After all that is real growing and maturity stem from. Oh my, I just realize how difficult it is to do so… (sigh).
