Hi, guys! I am so excited to share with you this Chicken of the Sea Tuna Salad Recipe because this is the salad which my family and I love. My husband and my son pack this salad for their lunch while my daughter enjoy this during dinner. As for myself, I enjoy it throughout the day. Sometimes, I even use this as spread on my toasted bread for breakfast and I eat a spoonful after workout.
I have been using this recipe for a long time and most of the time, I just calculate and use my instinct regarding how much seasoning, or how much celery and onion I add. But for the sake of you, my readers, this time, I measured the recipe and I hope it will be useful for you too.
But before I sign off, I need to remind you that if you plan to use this salad for your sandwich, separate the bread and salad and spread it just before eating because YOU DON'T WANT A SOGGY SANDWICH, right?

- 2 cans 4 oz Chicken of the Sea Chunk Light Tuna
- ½ cup Low Fat Mayonnaise
- 1 stem 5 inches length celery,chopped
- 1 small onion,chopped
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Mix all of the ingredients in a small bowl and season to your preference.
Can you add eggs or nuts or fruit to it
You can add boiled egg and nuts to it. I think drained can pineapple will be good too. Just adjust the mayo.
