Paula Deen’s Poppy Seed Salad Dressing and Watercress Salad

Ingredients
  • POPPY SEED DRESSING:
  • ½ cup fresh grapefruit juice
  • ⅓ cup canola oi
  • ½ to 1 tsp salt ( I used ½ tsp, adjust accordingly)
  • 1 tsp low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp honey or Agave ( I used Agave)
  • 1½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1½ tsp poppy seed
  • FOR THE VEGETABLES:
  • 1 bunch watercress or arugula
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tangerine
  • grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
Instructions
  1. Place the grapefruit juice in a bowl and add in the rest of poppy seed dressing ingredients and stir.Place in a container with cap and serve.
  2. Divide watercress in four serving place and add in the tangerine, grapefruit and avocado. Drizzle with the poppy seed dressing.
