Chicken Breast Barbecue and Homemade Chicken Marinade
  • ½ " of ginger root, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • ⅛ cup ketchup
  • 1½ lb chicken chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, chop into bite sized pieces
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chop into bite sized pieces
  1. Cut chicken breast into cubes or small bit sized pieces. Put into a bowl and add in ginger,garlic soy sauce olive oil ,Worcestershire sauce and ketchup. Mix to coat chicken breast. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate chicken overnight or for 4 hours.
  2. When ready, thread chicken into metal skewers alternate with the pepper and grill or cook under a pre heated broiler for 12 to 15 minutes turning frequently until chicken is cooked through.
