NO YEAST 2 ingredient dough.
Dough that is soft, smooth and very easy and simple to prepare. It need only 2 ingredient: self rising flour and Plain Greek Yogurt. Dough is freeze-able too.
1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1 and 3/4 cups Self Rising Flour
Put Self Rising Flour in a medium sized bowl and add in Plain Greek Yogurt.
Mix and knead until smooth. I just use my hand in kneading this. You can use electric mixer too.
Form into a ball and wrap in a plastic and freeze.
Thaw overnight when ready to use.
