PAPAYA JUICE

If you are like me, you'll be wondering if Papaya will yield enough juice, so since I have Papaya sitting on my counter, ready to rot,  I decided to see for myself. So here it is!

PAPAYA JUICE

Papaya juice, anyone?

I am not even sure if this Papaya juice is blog worthy because it is super easy to prepare;but hey, there might be folks out there who's trying to get rid of his/her papaya and does not know how to make use of it.As what I mentioned,I was not sure that Papaya will yield a fair amount of juice but it did. In this photo, I used around 1 and 1/2 cup of Papaya. I did not add sugar nor water in this Papaya juice to maintain its pureness.

I usually buy a lot of fruit which is much more than my family can consume; so every time the fruit lapsed its freshness, I make them into a juice. And in this case, this Papaya.

I understand that having your own juicer can be expensive, but I really think juicing is very beneficial for our health, so 2 years ago, I invested in a cheap juicing machine and since then I've used and enjoyed it whenever I made my own juice. I juiced, apples, strawberry, melon, celery and oftentimes, I mixed and matched spinach and celery with apple in it. I have tried spinach with just water in it too. Even that tastes awful, I think it's better than those processed juices.I tried carrots with melon and that tasted amazing.
