SAUTEE'D SPINACH AND HONEYED SALMON PLUS VIDEO

Sautee'd Spinach and Honeyed Salmon is our dinner menu for today. It doesn't take more than 40 minutes very easy to prepare, it's super healthy,and it's super delicious.

SAUTEE'D SPINACH AND HONEYED SALMON

Ingredients
FOR HONEYED SALMON
  • 2 pieces Salmon fillet
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ tablespoon honey per salmon fillet
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil ( any oil will work)
FOR SAUTEE'D SPINACH
  • 4 oz spinach
  • 4 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • ½ cup onion (chopped)
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil ( any oil will work)
Instructions
FOR HONEYED SALMON
  1. Heat oil
  2. Fry salmon 5 mins on each side
  3. Rub salmon with honey and transfer to a baking pan
  4. Broil salmon for 5 to 10 minutes and SERVE !
  5. PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON THE SALMON AS IT MAY BE EASILY BURNT
