Instructions – Put oven rack in the middle. Preheat oven to 350 F. Generously grease the 8x8 pan and set aside. – Melt butter in the microwave and pour it into the mixing bowl. Add in sugar and mix until incorporated. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth. – Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt with a wire whisk. slowly add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined. The mixture will look stiff and crumbly, but that is okay. – Add in the walnut and chocolate chips and mix by hand or spatula.

Transfer mixture into a 8 x 8 greased baking pan. – Flatten the dough and decorate with a Christmas sprinkle or make it into a Deer blondie. – Bake in a preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, no more, or no less, and remove from the oven. The dough will be soft, but let it continue cooking in the hot pan. Slice into 2 x 2 squares.

How to Decorate to Create Deer Blondie – Put the batter on the baking sheet and flatten it out to an equal level. – Break the small pretzel into two and push it to the batter. This will be the antler. – Push the googly eyes and the red M&M's. – Do the same to the rest of the batter and the decorations. Make sure there will be a half-inch distance between the decorations for easy cutting of the blondie. – You can also just simply add your favorite Christmas sprinkles into the batter before baking if you want a simple decoration

Enjoy!!!!!
