Sweet and Sour Sauce – 5 tbsp White Granulated Sugar – 1 tbsp Soy Sauce – 5 tbsp White Vinegar – 5 tbsp Tomato Ketchup Chicken Batter – 1/2 lb Skinless Chicken Breast – 4 tbsp All Purpose Flour – 3 tbsp Cornstarch – 1/2 tsp salt – 1/4 tsp Baking Powder – 1 large egg – 5 tbsp Cold Water – 1/2 cup sliced red onion – half of the Red onion cubed – half of the green onion cubed – 1 1/2 cups canola oil for frying


If you don't need to keep a physical copy of something, don't! Virtual space is limitless. It's worth the upfront cost of converting from physical to digital. You'll be  Sweet and Sour Sauce – Place all of the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mix until smooth. Set aside.

– Deep fry the chicken until golden brown.  Add the pepper and saute for another two minutes. Add the prepared sauce and let simmer for three minutes. Add the cooked chicken and mix gently to coat.
