– Shred the crab meat and put it in a medium-sized bowl. Add the cream cheese and chopped green onions into the bowl. Add in the garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
– Place a teaspoon of the crab mixture in the center of the wrapper.
Fold the wrapper in half diagonally. This not only ensures they’re secure but also adds a decorative touch.
Press the edges to seal, making sure there are no air bubbles.
– Heat Canola oil until the oil temperature reaches 350 F. Gently drop the crab rangoon and cook them until golden brown. –
– Push the air fry setting and set the temperature to 325 F, and air fry to reheat for three to five minutes until the center is heated. You can start checking at three minutes.
