Ingredients: – 4 oz cream cheese – 1 can 14 fl oz condensed milk – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 6 large eggs – 300 ml water – 1/2 cup white granulated sugar this is use to caramelized sugar. Divide to fourths when cooking in the instant pot
Step one– Caramelize the Sugar: Place 1/2 cup of sugar in the 8 inches round cake pan and melt the sugar on low heat. Swirl the pan until the sugar is liquefied, which is about 10 to 15 minutes. Let cool and set aside.
