DALGONA DRAGON FRUIT NO EGG VERSION
DALGONA DRAGON FRUIT NO EGG VERSION. This is a different version of Dalgona Coffee, Dalgona Matcha. It is creamy, not too sweet and really, taste like ice cream. Soooo delicious. There is no egg involve.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dragon Fruit Powder
Instructions
- Place the heavy whipping cream and sugar in a medium sized bowl and beat mixture until it turn stiff peaks.
- Add in the dragon fruit powder and whip some more until the cream holds its weight.
- Pour milk and ice in a glass and add the whipped dragon fruit on top of the milk.
