AIR FRYER LUMPIA

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or ground chicken
  • 1 piece zucchini julienne 
  • 1 piece chayote julienne 
  • 1 piece carrots julienne 
  • 1 cup cabbage julienne 
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoons fish sauce

Instructions

  • Add the ground chicken/beef in a large skillet until it changes color. Remove the meat and set aside.
  • Using the same skillet, saute the onion until transparent. Add in the chayote and zucchini and cook until wilted add cabbage and the carrots. Season with soy sauce and fish sauce. Season to your preference.
  • Lastly, add the cooked ground chicken/beef and let cool.When ready to wrap, drain excess fluid.
  • Place the wrapper in a flat surface.Place the filling at the end edge and roll one end.Fold both sides of the wrapper and roll.Seal with water.
  • Prepare the Lumpia for cooking: Brush all sides of the uncooked Lumpia with oil. Place in the air fryer basket and put the Lumpia in the broiling tray. Cover with air fryer lid. Turn on the air fryer, and the setting is 400 F for 20 minutes. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
