This Instant Pot Beef Ramen Bowl
This Instant Pot Beef Ramen Bowl is made quickly in the Instant Pot. Like Mongolian Beef Noodles, it will become a staple in your household.
- 3 tbsp Sesame oil, divided
- 200 grams Beef, slice very thinly
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 cup Frozen Sugar Snap Peas
- 2 packs Ramen
- 1 1/2 cups water
Mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and two tablespoons of sesame oil in a small bowl. Add the ramen spice and mix them. Add one sachet of the ramen spice first. If you think you need to add it once the ramen is cooked, add the other sachet.
Set your Instant Pot to the sauté function and add the remaining one tablespoon of sesame oil.
Cook the beef– Once heated, add the beef slices and sear them until browned. This step will add depth of flavor to your ramen.Season the beef with one teaspoon of the seasoning. Add the Veggie– add the Frozen Sugar snap pea on top.
Add the water. Add the ramen on top.
Pour the remaining seasoning.
Cook the Ramen in the Instant Pot– cover the inner pot with the pressure cooker lid and set the pressure to Lo. Set the timer to zero—quick release when done.
