Ingredients

  • 1 can corned beef
  • 2/3 cups bread crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 cups shredded Kalabasa
  •  

FOR COOKING:

  • PLUS 1 CUP BREAD CRUMBS FOR BREADING
  • 2 cups cooking oil

Instructions

  • In a medium sized bowl, mixed all of the ingredients ( except the 1 cup bread crumbs)  and form into nuggets size pieces.
  • Drench/roll mixture into bread crumbs and fry until golden brown.
  • Drain excess oil in a paper towel and enjoy Kalabasa while hot, you can leave some for next day and microwave it.
