Kalabasa Corned Beef Nuggets Use that abundant squash in your garden and make this Squash Corned Beef Nuggets.
- 1 can corned beef
- 2/3 cups bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 cups shredded Kalabasa
- PLUS 1 CUP BREAD CRUMBS FOR BREADING
- 2 cups cooking oil
In a medium sized bowl, mixed all of the ingredients ( except the 1 cup bread crumbs) and form into nuggets size pieces.
Drench/roll mixture into bread crumbs and fry until golden brown.
Drain excess oil in a paper towel and enjoy Kalabasa while hot, you can leave some for next day and microwave it.
