Heat oil in a medium sized pan. Add in garlic and let it cook until glazed and golden brown. Add in chicken and let it cook through. Usually, when it is brown on all sides.Add the oyster sauce and using a wooden spoon mix the sauce to coat the chicken. Add the asparagus and saute' for additional 2-3 minutes until slightly cooked and heated through. I do this, because I want a crunchy asparagus. You can add cooking time if you want a very soft asparagus.ADD THE RICE and mix ingredients. Add more oyster sauce if you desire.
