Stir Fry Asparagus with Rice Done in 20 Minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 bunch Asparagus slice into bite size pieces
  • 2 skinless chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoon cooking oil canola oil
  • 1/8 cup oyster sauce add more according to your taste
  • 2-3 cups cook rice you can actually skip the rice if you want

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a medium sized pan. Add in garlic and let it cook until glazed and golden brown. Add in chicken and let it cook through. Usually, when it is brown on all sides.Add the oyster sauce and using a wooden spoon mix the sauce to coat the chicken. Add the asparagus and saute' for additional 2-3 minutes until slightly cooked and heated through. I do this, because I want a crunchy asparagus. You can add cooking time if you want a very soft asparagus.ADD THE RICE and mix ingredients. Add more oyster sauce if you desire.
  • FOR VEGAN VERSION, JUST SKIP THE CHICKEN AND USE VEGAN OYSTER SAUCE
