- 2 cups cooked rice
- red onion
- 1 cup mixed frozen vegetables
- 1 cup Edamame
- 2 tablespoons oil
Heat oil in a big pan. Add garlic and cook until gently brown. Add the onion and cook until transparent.
Add the ham and cook for 3 minutes. Add the frozen veggies and edamame. Cook for 3 more minutes.
Add the cooked rice and season with salt. You can add soy sauce too if you like.
