Homemade Beef Tapa

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef
  • 1/4 cup canola oil

Marinade

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil

Instructions

  • Slice beef into very thin slices and put into a large bowl.
  • Add the marinade ingredients. Mix the meat and the marinade. Cover and marinate for an hour or overnight.
  • When ready to cook, just fry in a small amount of cooking oil until the beef is brown and charred..
  • Serve with egg and fried rice

Notes

  • You can use any bee cuts you want. It is advisable to have it with fat marbles.
  • You can substitute vinegar with calamansi or lemon.
