FILIPINO BEEF TAPA
Slice beef into very thin slices and put into a large zip lock
In a small bowl mix the rest of the ingredients and add into the beef. Make sure to coat the meat with the sauce and marinate overnight, or let it sit for 4 hours before cooking.
YOU CAN FREEZE IT TOO.
When ready to cook, just fry in a small amount of cooking oil and serve with egg and fried rice.
I PURPOSELY DID NOT ADD VINEGAR IN THE MARINADE,AS I LIKE THE TASTE OF THE MEAT BETTER, AND YOU CAN GO TO 2.5 LBS OF MEAT USING THE MARINADE.
