NUTELLA CRUNCH BRAID (BREAD)
Spray 10 inch round cake pan
On a lightly floured surface,turn out Basic Pull Apart Bread Dough.Punch bread dough down and gently shape into a ball. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
Roll dough into 16 x 14 inch rectangle. Spread Nutella onto dough, leaving 1/2 inch border on all sides.Sprinkle with toasted Hazelnuts.
Starting with one long side, roll dough as seen as the video seal each edge.
Place dough seam side down on a cutting board.
Using serrated knife, cut roll in half lengthwise. Twist dough around each other and turn into a circle.
Cover and let rise in a warm plaace for 45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degree F and bake until golden brown around 35 minutes. Cover with tin foil halfway to prevent over browning.
Let cool before inverting in a serving plate.
BASIC PULL APART BREAD DOUGH
In a bowl of a stand up mixer fitted with the paddle attachment,combine warm milk,sugar and yeast.
Let stand until mixture is foamy, about 10 minutes.
With mixer on low speed,add 1 cup flour, beating until just combine ( DON'T OVERMIX, OR THE BREAD WILL BECOME DRY. YOU CAN JUST ALSO USE A SPATULA TO DO THIS.)
Add the melted butter and 1/2 cup flour beating until combine.
Beat in eggs.
Gradually add salt and remaining 1 and 3/4 cup flour beating until soft dough forms. (DOUGH WILL BE STICKY)
Spray a large bowl with cooking spray. Place dough in a bowl, turning to grease top. Loosely cover and let rise in a warm place about 75 degree F. until double in size , about an hour.
