SNEAKY SPAGHETTI SAUCE – SAUCE LOADED WITH VEGGIES

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 pieces 4 inches long carrots finely chopped
  • 1 large yellow onion finely chopped
  • 1 large pepper finely chopped
  • 1 bulb garlic finely chopped
  • 2 cans 1 lb Garlic Herb Pasta Sauce
  • 2 dried bay leaves optional
  • 4 tablespoon pack brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Canola cooking oil

Instructions

  • Heat cooking oil in a large sauce pan.Add in and brown the lean and drain a small amount of excess oil. Add the garlic,onion and cook until the onion is transparent and add in the bell pepper and carrots. Cook for another 3 minutes and pour the Garlic Herb Pasta sauce.Add in bay leaves andLet the sauce simmer for another 10 minutes. You can use the sauce immediately or place in a container and then freeze for future use. ENJOY!
