Crock Pot Simple Taco Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 cups leftover roasted chicken
  • 2 lbs Chicken Broth
  • 1 can 15.25 oz Black Beans drained
  • 3 stalks celery cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 packets 1.25 oz Taco Seasoning mix
  • 1 can 6 oz tomato sauce I use Hunt's
  • 4 tablespoons Hunt's tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • salt to season

Instructions
 

  • Put all of the ingredients except tomato paste,tomato sauce, taco seasoning,water and cornstarch in the slow cooker. Slow cook on high for 4 hours and add in tomato sauce and tomato paste. Mix ingredients.Season the taco soup with the taco seasoning mix. Add salt if needed.
  • Mix cornstarch and water and add into the taco soup.
  • Continue cooking for another 30 minutes and season with salt if needed
