Servings: 21 chicken drumsticks
- 5 lbs chicken drumsticks
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 3 tbsp garlic salt
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tsp salt
FOR THE BREADING
- 2-3 CUPS all purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
When Ready to Cook:
Thaw chicken and let it sit until it is in room temperature. Prepare a large baking sheet and line it with foil. Put the wire rack on top. Set aside.
Pre heat oven at 350 F
Mix all of the breading ingredients.
Heat a large amount of oil to deep fry the chicken.
When chicken is at the room temperature, coat it with the flour and deep fry it until light yellow in color and line it in the wire rack.
Bake chicken in a preheated oven for 50 minutes. Enjoy!
