Large Batch Tasty Fried Chicken Plus $1,000 Worth Giveaway

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs chicken drumsticks
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 3 tbsp garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp salt

FOR THE BREADING

  • 2-3 CUPS all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Put the first 7 ingredients in a large container and mix together. Marinate chicken for 12 hours or more and put in a large Zip Loc and freeze.

When Ready to Cook:

  • Thaw chicken and let it sit until it is in room temperature. Prepare a large baking sheet and line it with foil. Put the wire rack on top. Set aside.
  • Pre heat oven at 350 F
  • Mix all of the breading ingredients.
  • Heat a large amount of oil to deep fry the chicken.
  • When chicken is at the room temperature, coat it with the flour and deep fry it until light yellow in color and line it in the wire rack.
  • Bake chicken in a preheated oven for 50 minutes. Enjoy!
