  • 5 strawberries
  • 1/2 of frozen banana
  • 1 handful of almond around 1/4 cup
  • 1/2 handful of spinach
  • 3/4 to 1 cup of Silk Almond Lite Milk


  • Place all of the ingredients in your blender or your bullet and blend of the ingredients until smoothie is very smooth.
