Pesto, Basil and Mozzarella Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon green pesto I used the Classico brand
  • shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Basil leaves
  • 1 flat bread Kangaroo Brand in Wheat

Instructions

  • Pre heat oven at 400 F
  • Place the flat bread on a baking sheet.
  • Spread the pesto and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Top it with the basil leaves.
  • Bake pizza until the cheese are melted.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

This is 1 flat bread that can be shared by two person. You can bake the rest of the bread with various cheeses and toppings.
