Spaghetti Dinner Recipe- Ground Turkey Pasta Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box 12 oz whole grain spaghetti
  • 1 can 24 oz Garlic and Herb pasta sauce ( any flavor will do)
  • 1 lb ground turkey breast
  • 2 cups mushroom cut into small slices
  • 5 cloves garlic ground
  • 1 medium size onion chopped
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 8 oz Velveeta Cheese Velveeta usually goes with 16 oz, so just cut it to half
  • 3 tbsp cooking oil
  • Cook the spaghetti per box's instruction. Set Aside.
  • Meanwhile heat oil in a large sauce pan then and in garlic and onion. Saute' for around 2 minutes.
  • Add in ground turkey and let it cook through.You can tell that it is cooked when it is not pink in color.
  • Add in mushroom. Let the mixture simmer until the mushroom turn dark brown in color or become soft.
  • Add in tomato sauce Velveeta, sugar and salt.
  • Let the Velveeta cheese melt and mix the sauce until the cheese is completely incorporated.
  • Let it simmer for around 15 to 20 minutes. Serve on top of the pasta.
  • Serve and Enjoy.
