Cook the spaghetti per box's instruction. Set Aside.
Meanwhile heat oil in a large sauce pan then and in garlic and onion. Saute' for around 2 minutes.
Add in ground turkey and let it cook through.You can tell that it is cooked when it is not pink in color.
Add in mushroom. Let the mixture simmer until the mushroom turn dark brown in color or become soft.
Add in tomato sauce, Velveeta, sugar and salt.
Let the Velveeta cheese melt and mix the sauce until the cheese is completely incorporated.
Let it simmer for around 15 to 20 minutes. Serve on top of the pasta.
