Baked French Fries with Rosemary and Olive Oil

Ingredients

tbsp
olive oil
1
tsp
salt
handful of rosemary
5
cloves
garlic
finely minced
4-5
rosette potatoes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 F
Place the potatoes in a medium sized bowl.
Add in ingredients 1 to 4 and completely drench potatoes with the mixture
Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in a baking pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with ketchup or ranch.
