Baked French Fries with Rosemary and Olive Oil

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • handful of rosemary
  • 5 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 4-5 rosette potatoes

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 F
  • Place the potatoes in a medium sized bowl.
  • Add in ingredients 1 to 4 and completely drench potatoes with the mixture
  • Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in a baking pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with ketchup or ranch.
