Pepperoni Pizza Potato Skins

Ingredients

  • 4 bakre potato skins
  • 1 cup pizza sauce freeze left over
  • 1 cup grated mozarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced pepperoni
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Prepare potato skins on a flat baking sheet and pour in a spoon of pizza sauce, mozarella and pepperoni. Bake the skins for a few minutes until the cheese is bubbly. Sprinkle on some fresh parsley and serve immediately. Enjoy.
