NUTRITIONAL VALUE EXCLUDING THE VEGETABLES.
- POPPY SEED DRESSING:
- 1/2 cup fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/3 cup canola oi
- 1/2 to 1 tsp salt I used 1/2 tsp, adjust accordingly
- 1 tsp low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp honey or Agave I used Agave
- 1 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp poppy seed
- FOR THE VEGETABLES:
- 1 bunch watercress or arugula
- 1 avocado
- 2 tangerine
- grapefruit peeled and sectioned
Place the grapefruit juice in a bowl and add in the rest of poppy seed dressing ingredients and stir.Place in a container with cap and serve.
Divide watercress in four serving place and add in the tangerine, grapefruit and avocado. Drizzle with the poppy seed dressing.
