Flat Bread Recipe. Very simple to make, no yeast needed and so delicious. You don't have to buy expensive flat bread. Just make it at home.

- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup milk
- 2- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Make the Flat Bread Dough
In a large bowl, add in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, garlic powder and sugar. Mix using a wire whisk.
Place milk in a heat safe bowl and add the olive oil. Heat for 3 minutes. Make sure the mixture will not overflow by opening the microwave every minute. Remove mixture from the microwave oven. Use a pot holder since it's very hot. Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture and mix using your hand until a the mixture clump together.
Transfer dough in a floured surface and knead until there are no lumps.Form into a bowl and cover the dough with a cloth and let rest for 5 minutes. When ready, divide the dough into six and form into balls. Flatten the dough into 1/4 inch thick.
Brush cast iron or frying pan with oil and fry the dough until each side is charred - about 4 minutes each side.
