Banana Split

Banana split Dairy Queen Copy - cat. You make your own ice cream, add in some garnish of your choice.  This is a Homemade Version of Dairy Queen’s Banana Split. Only made cheaper.

Equipment

  • electric mixer
  • Cold Bowl

Ingredients

MAKE THE STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM

  • 5 pieces chopped frozen strawberry

MAKE THE UBE ICE CREAM

  • 2 teaspoon Mc Cormack Ube flavor

MAKE VANILLA FLAVOR

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Ice Cream Ingredients

  • 1 can 14 fl oz condensed milk
  • 1 pint 16 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream

Instructions

  • Refrigerate all the equipment needed. Make sure the ingredients are cold too. Use a glass bowl or tin bowl. Make sure the bowls are not greasy. Don't use plastic bowl to mix the ingredients. It will not form the stiff peaks.
  • Place the heavy whipping cream in the bowl and mix on high until stiff peak.
  • Add in the condensed milk and mix again until stiff peaks.
  • Prepare 3 mixing bowl or any container and divide the stiffed cream into 3.
  • Bowl number #1 add the chopped frozen strawberry and mix until maintaining stiff peaks.
    Bowl # 2 Add the Ube extract flavor and gently mix until there are no white streaks.
    Bowl # 3 Add the vanilla flavor and gently mix until there are no white streaks.

  • Transfer into a baking pan or container and cover with plastic and freeze until set.

ASSEMBLING THE BANANA SPLIT

  • Slice the banana lengthwise at the middle. Arrange right in front of each other leaving a space between them for the whipped cream.

  • Place whipped cream in pipe bag and pipe in between the banana.
  • Add the garnish.
  • Top it with ice cream of your choice.
    Pour in the syrup.
    Serve immediately.
