Servings: 3 people

Equipment

  • instant pot duo crisp plus air fryer

Ingredients

Rib Dry Rub

  • 1 tbsp Dried Oregano Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tbsp iodized salt

Pork Back Ribs

  • 3.8 lbs Pork Back RIbs
  • 1 cup Coke
  • 1/2 cup Banana Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp canola oil

Instructions

  • Gather all of your rub ingredients. Place all of the rub ingredients in a small bowl and mix them together. Rub it generously into the meat.
  • Prepare the meat- Place the ribs on a flat surface and rub generously. Let the rub absorb into the meat by letting it sit in the fridge for two hours, or overnight.
  • Place the inner pot in the Instant Pot and pour in the coke. Place the pork ribs side up. Cover the Instant Pot with the pressure cooker lid and set pressure to HI. Push the timer to ten minutes.
  • When done quickly release and remove the pork ribs from the pot and place it on a baking sheet. Divide the ribs into three. You can cook the ribs in batches, or you can freeze leftovers for the next meal.
  • Mix the ketchup, sugar, and oil in a small bowl and brush the mixture with the cooked pork ribs.
  • Place the dehydrating tray in the inner pot and put the ribs there. Cover Instant Pot with the Air Fryer lid and set the temperature at 400 F and set the timer for fifteen to eighteen minutes.
