Ingredients

  • 10 ounce Wild Salmon
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Oyster Sauce
  • 1/2 Juice of half Lime
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

Make the Basting Sauce and Marinade

  • In a small bowl, mix all of the marinade ingredients. Set aside two tablespoons for basting and sauce.

Prepare the Salmon

  • Pat dry the salmon with a paper towel. Place the salmon on a flat surface and rub it with the marinade sauce. Line the basket with an air fryer liner and arrange the salmon. Make sure that they are not touching each other. Insert the basket.

Air Fry, the Salmon

  • Push the air fryer button setting and set the temperature to 400 F. Set the timer to eight minutes. Start checking at five minutes.

Check for doneness

  • You can use a meat thermometer to check the doneness, or you can check the meat with a fork. If the meat appears flaky, it means the salmon is cooked through.
