Chicken and Couscous with Cucumber Bowl

Marinade Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Thigh Bone-in
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Dried Thyme
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • Juice of one Lemon

Prepare the Bowl

  • 1 piece Cucummebr
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley
  • 1 tbsp Roasted Sesame Oil
  • Salt
  • 1 cup Couscous
  • 1 tbsp Roasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and arrange the chicken with the skin down. Set the temperature to 365 F and set the time to 35 minutes. Turn chicken when instructed to do so.

Cook the Couscous

  • Place water, roasted sesame oil, and salt in the pot. Bring to a boil and add the couscous. Stir for thirty seconds. Turn off the heat and leave the couscous to fluff.

Make the Cucumber side

  • Cut the cucumber into cubes. Transfer to a container and season with salt and roasted sesame oil.
