Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups Bread Flour
  • 2 tbsp White Granulated Sugar
  • 2 tsps Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Canola Oil
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 cups Buttermilk

Instructions

  • Place the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix using a wire whisk.
  • Add the dry ingredients. Mix until there are no lumps.
  • Spray nonstick oil to a flat pan and pour one cup of the batter. Cook until bubbles form and gently flip. Cook until lightly brown. Serve with eggs and bacon.
