Dry Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups Bread Flour
- 2 tbsp White Granulated Sugar
- 2 tsps Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Wet Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Canola Oil
- 2 large Eggs
- 2 cups Buttermilk
Place the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix using a wire whisk.
Add the dry ingredients. Mix until there are no lumps.
Spray nonstick oil to a flat pan and pour one cup of the batter. Cook until bubbles form and gently flip. Cook until lightly brown. Serve with eggs and bacon.
