Frozen Vegetable and Lean Meat ( Pork ) Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 can 10 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 package 16 oz frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can 15 oz chicken broth
  • 3 small potatoes sliced into bite sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup onion sliced into small pieces
  • 1 pound Lean Pork Tendeloin slice into 1 inch cube
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare your slow cooker and arrange the ingredients in this order.
  • Potatoes
  • onion
  • Meat
  • Frozen Veggies
  • Pour in the chicken broth
  • Slow cook for 8 hours
  • Add in the cream of mushroom soup and mix and add salt to taste if desired.
