UKOY RECIPE (FILIPINO STYLE SHRIMP FRITTERS)

Ingredients

  • 12 OZ Krill
  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch (to bind the ingredients
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoons Onion Powder
  • 4 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 2 stalks green onion chopped
  • 4 tablespoons cooking oil add more if needed

Instructions

  • Mix all of the ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
  • Turn on heat on medium .Heat cooking oil in a frying pan and fry 1/4 cup of krill mixture in the oil. Flatten mixture and fry until brown on each side. About 5 minutes on each side.
