- 1 cup Rotisserie Chicken
- 1/2 cup Light Mayo
- 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Red Onions
- 1 stem Green Onions, chopped
- 1 stem Celery, coarsely chopped
- 1/8 cup Walnut
- 1/8 cup Grapes
- 1 tbsp Fresh Dills
- 1 tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley
- Salt, pepper, sugar to taste
- Lemon juice to taste
Shred cooked chicken reserve one cup, and add it into a medium-sized bowl
Add the rest of the ingredients and gently mix. Season according to your liking.
