- 1 lb Cubed tuna
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1/2 large Onion
- 1 Medium Roma Tomato
- 1 Inch Finely Chopped Ginger
- 1/2 cup Chopped Cilantro
- Chili Peppers,optional
Tuna Ceviche Marinade Ingredients
- 1 piece Lemon Juice
- 1/8 Cup Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Prepare the Tuna
Rinse the tuna and pat dry with a paper towel. Transfer to a medium-sized bowl.
Slice the tomato, onion and ginger. Add them to the bowl.
Transfer the coconut milk to a small saucepan and let it simmer. Transfer it to a small bowl. Add the lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix. Season them according to your liking. You can add more coconut milk, salt and pepper if you want.
