Ingredients

  • 1 lb Cubed tuna
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 large Onion
  • 1 Medium Roma Tomato
  • 1 Inch Finely Chopped Ginger
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Cilantro
  • Chili Peppers,optional

Tuna Ceviche Marinade Ingredients

  • 1 piece Lemon Juice
  • 1/8 Cup Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Tuna

  • Rinse the tuna and pat dry with a paper towel. Transfer to a medium-sized bowl.
  • Slice the tomato, onion and ginger. Add them to the bowl.
  • Transfer the coconut milk to a small saucepan and let it simmer. Transfer it to a small bowl. Add the lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix. Season them according to your liking. You can add more coconut milk, salt and pepper if you want.
