Poke Marinade Sauce
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 2 tbsp Roasted Sesame Oil
- 2 Fresh Lime Juice
Topping
- 1 lb Ahi tuna, cubed
- 1 piece Cucumber, cubed
- 1/2 Bell Pepper, cubed.
- 1 Carrots, julienned
Marinate the Ahi Tuna
In a small bowl, add the marinade sauce and add more or less of the ingredients and season it according to your liking.
Place the ahi tuna in a medium size bowl and pour the marinade sauce. Mix the ingredients to coat the fish with the marinade.
Cover the bowl and let it sit in the fridge for thirty minutes.
