Ingredients

Poke Marinade Sauce

  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Sesame Oil
  • 2 Fresh Lime Juice

Topping

  • 1 lb Ahi tuna, cubed
  • 1 piece Cucumber, cubed
  • 1/2 Bell Pepper, cubed.
  • 1 Carrots, julienned

Instructions

Marinate the Ahi Tuna

  • In a small bowl, add the marinade sauce and add more or less of the ingredients and season it according to your liking.
  • Place the ahi tuna in a medium size bowl and pour the marinade sauce. Mix the ingredients to coat the fish with the marinade.
  • Cover the bowl and let it sit in the fridge for thirty minutes.

Assembly

  • Place one cup of rice in a bowl and top it with the tuna and vegetables.
