Notes

Ingredients Notes

  • You can substitute the meat with Salmon, chicken thigh, and chicken cutlets.
  • Use this sauce recipe for pasta, and skip the meat.
  • If you want the sauce extra saucy, add parmesan cheese. I skip this in this recipe since my husband is not allowed cheeses for the time being.
  • Serve this on rice, pasta, or by itself.
  • Substitute the butter with cooking oil.
  • Use basil instead of cilantro.
