Chicken Burger Patty

Juicy and flavorful chicken burger patty made with tender ground chicken, herbs, and spices. Perfect for grilling, pan-frying, or baking for a healthy and delicious homemade burger option.

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Ground Chicken
  • 1/3 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Red Onions
  • 2 Tsps Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp Homemade Chicken Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  • Place ground chicken in a large bowl. Add the ingredients and mix well.
  • Cut parchment paper to your desired burger size. Put it in the container. Shape the chicken mixture into a burger patty. Freeze.
  • To cook the burger, heat avocado or olive oil in a pan. Fry the patties until cooked through.
  • You can also grill the chicken patties. Set the grill to 270 F. Spray the rack with non-stick oil. Grill the patties for five minutes on both sides. LEt the patty sit before serving.
