Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken Wings

Chicken Marinade

  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp White vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Honey Sriracha Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Sriracha Sauces
  • 6 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and add the vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and oil. If you are marinating the chicken overnight, don't add them yet. Add them later when you are about to bake them.
  • Preheat the oven to 365 F. Drain the excess liquid, pat dry the chicken using a paper towel. Line the prepared chicken wing in the baking tray, and bake it for 18 minutes on both sides.

Make the Honey Sriracha Sauce

  • Melt the butter on low heat, then add the sriracha, honey, and lemon juice. Season with salt according to your liking.
