- 4 cups Fair Life Milk Brand
- 2 Sachets Yogurt Powder
- 1/2 cup Sweet Condensed milk
Pour the milk into the Instant Por Inner Pot- in this recipe, we don't need to pre-boil the milk since it has been pasteurized.
Add the condensed milk and the yogurt powder. Ensure that the milk and the condensed milk are incorporated. I do this by mixing them vigorously so that they form bubbles.
Transfer the yogurt to the container, or leave it as is in the pot. You can always separate it in an individual container later.
Cover with the Instant Pot lid. Push the yogurt function and set the time to six to eight hours. If the yogurt is not set after six hours, add two more hours fermenting times.
