- 1 Sachet Knox Gelatin Plus 2/3 cup water
- 1/4 Cup Condensed Milk
- 1 Can Evaporated Milk
- 2 Tbsp Instant Coffee
- 1 Cup Water
Add 2/3 cup cold water in a small rectangular bowl. Don't use a big container.You want the thickness of the gelatin to be about one-half inch thick.
Add one sachet of Knox Gelatin.Mix and let the mixture bloom.
Add one cup of water to a small saucepan.Add two tablespoons of Instant coffee and the sugar. Let the mixture boil. Pour this mixture into the prepared gelatin. Mix and let the mixture cool down. Refrigerate overnight.
Pour condensed milk into a bowl. Add the evaporated milk and add the gelatin. You can add more condensed milk if you want it to be sweeter.
