Equipment

  • 1 5-inch rectangular container
  • 1 Can opener

Ingredients

  • 1 Sachet Knox Gelatin Plus 2/3 cup water
  • 1/4 Cup Condensed Milk
  • 1 Can Evaporated Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Instant Coffee
  • 1 Cup Water

Instructions

  • Add 2/3 cup cold water in a small rectangular bowl. Don't use a big container.You want the thickness of the gelatin to be about one-half inch thick.
  • Add one sachet of Knox Gelatin.Mix and let the mixture bloom.
  • Add one cup of water to a small saucepan.Add two tablespoons of Instant coffee and the sugar. Let the mixture boil. Pour this mixture into the prepared gelatin. Mix and let the mixture cool down. Refrigerate overnight.
  • Pour condensed milk into a bowl. Add the evaporated milk and add the gelatin. You can add more condensed milk if you want it to be sweeter.
