- 1 can Evaporated Milk
- 1/2 cup Condensed milk optional
- 1 can Sweet Corn Kernel
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 cup Shaved ice
Add a teaspoon of sugar to the tall glass and pour a small amount of condensed and evaporated milk. Add a layer of sweet corn kernels.
Add crushed ice on top of the corn.
Add evaporated over the ice and corn, covering the entire mixture. If desired, add a small amount of condensed milk.
Repeat the layering process, creating additional corn, ice, and milk layers until the glass or bowl is filled.
I then add a small amount of sugar on top, and I add more condensed milk. Remember that the sweetness depends on your liking.
Top with cornflakes, ice cream, rice crispies, or fruit.
