Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 can Evaporated Milk
  • 1/2 cup Condensed milk optional
  • 1 can Sweet Corn Kernel
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cup Shaved ice

Instructions

  • Add a teaspoon of sugar to the tall glass and pour a small amount of condensed and evaporated milk. Add a layer of sweet corn kernels.
  • Add crushed ice on top of the corn.
  • Add evaporated over the ice and corn, covering the entire mixture. If desired, add a small amount of condensed milk.
  • Repeat the layering process, creating additional corn, ice, and milk layers until the glass or bowl is filled.
  • I then add a small amount of sugar on top, and I add more condensed milk. Remember that the sweetness depends on your liking.
  • Top with cornflakes, ice cream, rice crispies, or fruit.
