1 Food Processor
1 Electric Blender
- 5 cloves Fresh Garlic
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Cashew soaked overnight or few hours
- 1 cup Garbanzo Beans
- 2 tbsp Tahini
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar with a mother
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Ground Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Yellow Curry Powder
- 1 piece Juice of One Lime
Soak the cashew for a few hours, preferably overnight. Drain the water and put in the food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients except the lime juice. You can slowly add the water according to your desired sauce thickness. Make sure that you use a bigger processor or blender to avoid spillage.
Process until smooth. Once done, add the lime and season the sauce according to your liking. That means add more spices, salt or pepper according to your preference.
