Heat oil to high temperature.
In a medium sized bowl, mixed pepper, salt and all purpose flour.
Coat chicken in the flour mixture and fry for 10 to 12 minutes until cook through. Drain excess oil with paper towel.

Melt butter in a medium sized pan add the garlic and cook more for 2 minutes. Add in your favorite Buffalo wings sauce and mix ingredients until incorporated. Pour mixture into the fried chicken wings and make sure to coat chicken with the sauce,
PARMESAN CHICKEN WING
Melt butter and pour into the fired chicken. Add in powdered Parmesan cheese and make sure to coat the chicken. Please use powdered Parmesan CHeese.
VINEGAR CHILI CHICKEN WINGS
Pour vinegar into the chicken and season with chili powder and lots of pepper. Make sure to coat chicken with the chili and pepper.
