Hey, guys!!! I am so bummed that weekend’s over and that means another week of work. Yes, I am complaining right now. What is it with Monday’s anyway? I am guessing it the most hated days of the week. Oh well, we gotta go to work, right. But to be honest, I really do enjoy my job, it is just going there, I have trouble with. But once I am at work and when I meet and talk with my patients, all the morning whining is forgotten. So cheers to Mondays.
But we are not really here to complain about Mondays. We are here to check out this 1 CHICKEN WING RECIPE made in 4 WAYS. This recipe was inspired from my favorite You Tube channel which produces really great content. I hope this first post on recipe series will be a catalyst for making similar content in the future.
Cooking these chicken wings was so much fun! Although I have made the Buffalo Chicken wing before, this version right here is way easier. And it is also easy to make the rest of the recipe.
WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THIS CHICKEN WINGS?
- It is very simple to make.
- The ingredients are readily available.
- Easy for potluck, as easy to handle and pack.
- You can make a whole batch for meal-prep
- This chicken wings tastes delicious.
- Cheap
WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS CHICKEN WINGS RECIPE?
- For sure you need chicken wings. Today, I have to separate the chicken wings myself, but you can buy a pack in which the wingette and drumette have been separated .
- Lots of oil. Yup, we need 4 cups of oil to deep fry the chicken. I really endorse deep frying the chicken wings in high heat to get that chicken wings crispiness.
- Lastly, for the Parmesan chicken, use the powdered one. I made a mistake of using the shredded one which does not stick with the chicken. 🙁
- LASTLY, YOU JUST HAVE TO ACCEPT THAT TODAY, YOU’LL eat a deep fried chicken- not so healthy, so ditch the diet today.
ENJOY!
I always serve my meal with rice with them, so here’s the chicken thigh with the garlic sauce drizzled in on the rice. Instead of white rice try this:
