Crock Pot Sweet Potato and Apples Beef Stew
sliced into 1.5 by 1.5 inch
can 14.5 oz beef broth plus 1 cup of water of broth
add 1 cup or more broth if you want the soup to be thin
red delicious apples
divide by 4 ( peeled and cored)
large sweet potato
around 1 lb or 27 oz peeled and slice into big chunks, 1.5 inch thick
salt to taste.
Place the beef, apples, onion, sweet potato and broth and crock pot on low overnight - 7 to 8 hours. When ready to serve, add salt to taste. Enjoy.
