How to Prepare Potato Skin

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces or more Russett potatoes or Idaho potatoes scrubbed clean
  • 4 tbsp canola oil
  • salt an pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven at 400 F. Scrub and clean potatoes and brush it with oil, then drench with enough salt and pepper. Bake for 45 minute or until they are tender when you poke it with a fork. Slice the potatoes in half lengthwise and use a spoon/knife to cut the rim of each half and gently scoop out the insides. Keep the insides for I will share to you a recipe for this/or you can throw it.

Notes

Keep the potato insides if you like since we are making another dish for it.
